Site Inspector | Full Time Position
Job Description:  

  • Conduct visual site inspection reports on a weekly basis.

  • Observe, report, and/or repair Best Management Practices installed for construction activities. 

  • Ensure RHL Companies maintains environmental compliance on projects according to all state and federal regulations.  

  • Collection of field samples.  

  • Willingness to travel; potential out-of-town stay.

Position Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Environmental related field (5 year experience equivalent)  .

  • Preferred 2 years of experience but not required.

Project Manager:

RHL Companies is seeking a new member of our construction project management team.  Project manager will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects throughout the state of PA as well as surrounding states. They are accountable for the entire project scope, resources, and completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project(s) plans and drive the plans to execution.

  • Explain implications of changes to project scope and/or objectives to the client and to the project team.

  • Create, or participate in the creation of, project documentation.

  • Will be responsible for managing submittals, RFI's and Change Orders.

  • Establish and maintain a usable and well communicated schedule for all phases of a project.

  • Determine project roles of team members based on project requirements, time frames and budget.

  • Partner and work effectively with external resources and internal resources to achieve project goals.

  • Determine resource requirements including staffing and equipment, based on project specifications.

  • Analyzes special circumstances that arise on projects to solve complex construction concerns.

  • Establishes and maintains courteous and cooperative relations with staff, departments, vendors, and customers including providing clear communications to appropriate parties.

  • Ensures safety measures are followed for all construction.

  • Communicate progress, risks, expectations, time lines, milestones and other key project metrics to customers and team members.
