Project manager

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects throughout Project Lifecycle

  • Develop project plans, including scope and timeline

  • Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure project goals are met

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues

  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients

  • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate

  • Collaborate across all lines of business for both internal and external customers

  • Some travel will be required to job sites as required by project location 

Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, including project implementation, pre-planning, schedule and cost forecasting

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as scheduling software, familiarity with estimating software and civil work software

  • Experience in project engineering or related field is a plus

  • Excellent conflict management skills to resolve issues and maintain team cohesion

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams and drive results

  • Strong program design and cost control capabilities

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Familiarity with one call system

Job Description:

  • Having a full understanding & follow all safety and project regulations.

  • Understand how to properly use all company/rented equipment & tools

  • Be able to communicate issues, questions, and concerns with Supervisors

  • Willing to travel in & out of state will be required

  • Work in a team environment

Position Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented

  • Mechanical Ability

  • Equipment Upkeep (ex. fueling, greasing, cleaning)

  • Able to work with mulch, stone, and timber mats

  • Prior heavy equipment operating is preferred

class-a driver

Job Description:

  • Being able to safely strap down cargo on a flatbed trailer

  • Understand and follow DOT regulations 

  • Have the skills to communicate issues, concerns, and questions with Supervisors 

  • Ability to load and unload trailer as needed 

  • Must be able to load the truck and assist with hydroseeding activities

  • Must be able to lift 50+ pound

Position Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented

  • Prior flatbed experience 

  • Two-year driving experience
